We honor our waiting list, so those that have placed a deposit (holding fee) will have first pick of any available kittens. Second pick and so on, will be given in the order in which their name was placed on the waiting list. We accept POSTAL money orders, personal checks or cash for the Deposit. Please note that the balance on the kitten must be paid in full by the time the kitten is 8 weeks old. (Due to the increase of cost for veterinary care (checkups, microchips, vaccines, alter)

** When the day comes to come pick up the kitten, BUYER agrees to bring a check /money order to cover the microchip registration fees. (currently $21.95 for LIFETIME registration)   We will fill out the information, and it will be mailed from the SELLER's home. There are too many neglecting to register their kittens microchip.   The microchip has been given to help identify them in case they are ever lost or stolen.

Pet kittens will be spayed/neutered prior to going home. The spay/neuter fee is included in the purchase price of the kitten.

** ALL Early Generation kittens will be spayed or neutered before they leave our home.   NO EXCEPTIONS!!   The price of the kitten includes the spay / neuter and microchip.

The purpose of this deposit is to ensure the Purchaser’s intent to buy the kitten named herein. Therefore; if the Purchaser changes his/her mind about purchasing this kitten for any reason, the DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. The purchaser may pick a kitten from another litter if the circumstances are beyond the Purchaser's control. This kitten is being held for the Purchaser and will not be sold to another buyer unless the Purchaser indicates in writing that he/she has changed his/her mind, and releases the kitten to be sold to another buyer. Any breach of contract, whether verbal, written or through neglect or avoidance to communicate on the Purchaser’s part can jeopardize the chance of finding a suitable home for a cat or kitten as quickly as possible.

*** KyBengalBabyz reserves the right to deny any sale deemed not in the best interest of our kittens. In this case, the deposit would be refunded.

This deposit agreement also serves as a receipt for the amount of the deposit. If something would happen that is beyond the Sellers control, the deposit is non - refundable but will be transferred to another litter/kitten. If this is a pre-birth deposit agreement, the Buyer understands that there is no guarantee on a specific date or time that a litter will be available. Buyer understands that there may be events beyond the Seller’s control, and the best interest of the cats must be considered at all times. Seller will do everything possible to make the wait as short as possible.   Early Generation Kittens are ready to go anywhere from 11 - 14 weeks of age solely at the Seller’s discretion.

** By signing this Deposit Agreement, BUYER confirms that he/she has read the Purchase Agreement Contract (which will be signed the day the kitten leaves my home) , and has agreed to all of the stipulations.

Pricing for PET kittens:
** PET F1 kittens range from   $1500 - $2500
** PET F2 kittens range from   $1400 - $1800
    (kitten price may be more or less of given range depending on quality)

*** Included in price of kitten:
     * spay/neuter, microchip, vaccines and vet check. TICA registration (with limited registration), health
         record, information packet, toys and a mini photo album with pictures from birth until they go home.
     * Shipping, if applicable, is an additional fee.
