We honor our waiting list, so those that have placed a deposit will have first pick of any available kittens. Second pick and so on, will be given in the order in which their name was placed on the waiting list. We accept POSTAL money orders, personal checks or cash for the Deposit. Please note that only cash will be accepted for the balance due when you come to take your kitten home.

** ALL Early Generation kittens will be spayed or neutered before they leave our home.   NO EXCEPTIONS!!   The price of the kitten includes the spay / neuter and microchip.

A deposit in the amount of $ __500.00__ , has been received from

     ______________________________________ (purchaser), and will be

     applied toward the purchase price of the kitten. The remaining balance of

     $__________________   must be paid before the kitten leaves my home.

The purpose of this deposit is to ensure the Purchaser’s intent to buy the kitten named herein. Therefore; if the Purchaser changes his/her mind about purchasing this kitten for any reason, the DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. The purchaser may pick a kitten from another litter if the circumstances are beyond the Purchaser's control. This kitten is being held for the Purchaser and will not be sold to another buyer unless the Purchaser indicates in writing that he/she has changed his/her mind, and releases the kitten to be sold to another buyer. Any breach of contract, whether verbal, written or through neglect or avoidance to communicate on the Purchaser’s part can jeopardize the chance of finding a suitable home for a cat or kitten as quickly as possible. If anything should happen to the kitten that is beyond the Seller's control, the Buyer will pick from the next available litter.

*** KyBengalBabyz reserves the right to deny any sale deemed not in the best interest of our kittens. In this case, the deposit would be refunded.

This deposit agreement also serves as a receipt for the amount of the deposit. The deposit will be refunded to the Purchaser in full if the Seller fails to make the above said kitten available to the Purchaser. However, the Seller reserves the right to offer a replacement kitten and the Purchaser reserves the right to accept or decline. If this is a pre-birth deposit agreement, the Seller has up to one year to produce a kitten to the specifications of the Buyer. Buyer understands that there may be events beyond the Seller’s control, and the best interest of the cats must be considered at all times. Kittens are ready to go anywhere from 13 - 16 weeks of age solely at the Seller’s discretion.

** By signing this Deposit Agreement, BUYER confirms that he/she has read the Purchase Agreement Contract (which will be signed the day the kitten leaves my home) , and has agreed to all of the stipulations.
